Broken out of the box, power dial doesn't work

I was very excited to

I was very excited to try this toy out when it came but was very disappointed to find that no matter what I did it wouldn't turn on. There was also some yellowing around the dial that I was willing to look past if the toy worked but, because it doesn't, just further added to the disappointment.

This is my first wand

This is my first wand vibrator. It's quiet and the size isn't too small or big. Vibrations were on point but I did have an issue with it. The dial that is used to change the intensity of the
wand, tends to not stay in place after the slightest of touch.

For example, if a light blanket were to rub around the dial it would cause it to instantly change the intensity or just turns it off. Wish it required a bit more force than a single fabric slightly gliding over it to change it.
