Good Sex: The Secret To A Long Life
The secret to a long and happy life is, “good sex and good sherry” says UK native, Joyce Jackman, who celebrated her 102nd birthday last month surrounded by family and her favorite staff at Sliversprings Care Home, (Lefroy, 2023, p. 3).
The birthday girl credited good sex and lots of sweets for the long term satisfaction that has helped her to live more than a century. Jackman, who worked at a candy store before becoming a Royal Air Forces chef during the second world war, married her childhood sweetheart in 1945 and never looked back.
That staff at Silversprings say that Joyce is a favorite at the home and is known for her great sense of humor and positive outlook on life.
So take it from Joyce, chocolate and lots of incredible sex with the person you love, is all you need to be satisfied till the very end.
