It is important to us that you have peace of mind in choosing the right product(s) for you.  If for some reason your purchase isn’t the right fit for your desires, we’d like to help remedy that.  We’ve created our return policies and procedures to insure that our customers receive quality adult products in a simple, discreet, and stress-free manner.

I don’t like what I bought, how do I do an exchange?
  • Please contact us immediately to let us know!  We can be reached via phone at (888) 660-8970 or via e-mail at Helpdesk@TooTimid.com.  Please leave us a voicemail with your name, order number, and explanation if you call outside of our office hours.
  • Within 30 days of your purchase date, you may choose another item from TooTimid.com for an exchange.  We will not issue any store credit or refunds for any difference in pricing.
  • You must ship the exchange product to us cleaned and dried, secured in a clear plastic zip lock bag inside the original product packaging, with the complete and signed Merchandise Return/Exchange Form.  Loose products, or products without the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • All exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase are subject to a standard $6.95 shipping fee for new items.
  • After 30 days of the purchase date, the option for exchange is no longer available.  There are no exchanges for purchases older than 30 days.

What do you do with the product I sent back for an exchange?

Every exchanged product that is sent back to us is carefully and safely disposed of.  We have no exceptions for this process.  Once a product leaves our warehouse, we will not restock it in our warehouse to be re-sold.  We don’t take any chances with cleaning or resale. Everything sent back to us is disposed of.

What types of products are not eligible for exchange?
  • DVD's and books are non-exchangeable, however they have a 30 day guarantee against defects.
  • Dolls  are non-exchangeable, however they have a 30 day guarantee against defects.
  • We will not accept loose products in a mailing bag or box, products without their original packaging, and products that have not been clean, dried, and placed in a clear zip lock plastic bag.
The product I just got doesn’t even work! What do I do?
  • Please contact us immediately to let us know!  We can be reached via phone at (888) 660-8970 or via e-mail at Helpdesk@TooTimid.com.  Please leave us a voicemail with your name, order number, and explanation of the defect if you call outside of our office hours.
  • Within 30 days of the purchase date, we will replace your defective toy with a working replacement of the same product, and waive the standard $6.95 shipping fee.
  • All defective replacements go through sanitary, thorough inspections and tests with our professionals before being shipped.  This is to insure you do not receive a second defective item.
  • You must ship the defective product back to us cleaned and dried, secured in a clear zip lock bag inside the original product packaging with the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form in order to be eligible for a replacement.  Loose products, or products without the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • We do not have pre-paid shipping labels for the return of your defective item.  Please ship with the cheapest and easiest method for you.
  • After 30 days of the purchase date, returning a defective product for replacement will be subject to the standard $6.95 shipping fee, but you will receive a brand new, functioning product as per our one year guarantee.
I want a refund, what is your policy on that?
  • Please understand that the types of products we sell are very personal. We simply will not take the risk of restocking anything sent back to us. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for any reason. We do offer exchanges within 30 days of your order date, so you are not stuck with product(s) you do not want. Just make sure you have the original packaging.
  • Once again, when any product leaves our warehouse, we will not restock it in our warehouse to be re-sold.  We don’t take any chances with cleaning or resale, everything sent back to us is safely disposed of.
  • We do provide exchanges for products within 30 days of the purchase date.  You may choose another item from TooTimid.com for an exchange, as long as you ship the item back to us in a clear zip lock bag inside the original product packaging, with the complete and signed Merchandise Return/Exchange Form as explained above.
The product I got a few months ago just stopped working! What am I supposed to do?

  • For up to one year after the date of purchase, if your product breaks, we will gladly replace your defective toy with a working replacement of the same product.
  • Within one year of the purchase date, all defective replacements go through sanitary, thorough inspection and tests with our professionals before being shipped.  This is to insure you do not receive a second defective item.
  • Our one year guarantee does not provide protection for items that have not been properly maintained. If we do not have the same item in-stock for a replacement, we reserve the right to ship you a similar item of the same value.
I ordered clothing, lingerie and/or hosiery, what can I do if an item doesn’t fit me or I don’t like it?

  • Within 15 days of the delivery date, you may choose another item from TooTimid.com for an exchange.  We will not issue any store credit or refunds for any difference in pricing.
  • We will only accept returns on lingerie and/or hosiery that have not been worn, and are maintained in the original, unopened packaging with tags attached.
  • All lingerie and/or hosiery exchanges are subject to a standard $6.95 shipping fee for new items.
  • After 15 days of the delivery date, the option for exchange is no longer available.  There are no exchanges for lingerie and/or hosiery purchases older than 15 days.
