Are you discreet?
Yes, very discreet. All orders sent in plain brown boxes. No indication on outside of package to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list.

How will my order be shipped?
We use: UPS for US orders and the US Postal Service for PO Box, APO and international orders.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
This is really up to you. We have many shipping options to fit your needs. We offer Overnight and 2-Day Delivery Shipping options for customers who need their order ASAP. If you select our standard shipping, typical delivery is 4-8 business days after the order is place.

Do you ship to my country?
World-wide shipping is available. We can only ship to the address your bank has on file.

Is it safe to submit my credit card information?
Yes, our order form is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted for privacy while in transit. See our Security page.

What will it show on my credit card statement?
You card will be billed as Atlantic Innovations.

How can I pay for my order?
You may pay with your MasterCard, Visa, or American Express Card. You may also pay with a check or money order or pay with Pay Pal. If you elect to pay by check, your order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared. When you mail your check, simply include a print out of your shopping cart page.
