How To Put The LOVE Into Lovemaking
While sex and love do not always go hand-in-hand, more often than not it certainly is an activity shared between two people who love each other. During sex, or lovemaking, there are certain things you can do with your partner that will show them that the act of sex is more about love than just, well, sex! 1. Longing Looks
When you lock eyes with your partner there is a certain extreme intimacy that happens. We are acknowledging that we are making love to the person whose eyes we are staring into. While many people choose to close their eyes - especially when nearing orgasm - it is nice to look at your partner and experience that deep eye contact. The eyes are the windows to the soul and looking at one another while having sex changes the dynamic to one of deep intimacy.
2. Careful Caresses
There is a certain amount of touching that goes on during sex, that is for sure. However, certain caresses convey a more loving touch as opposed to simply a sexual one. Stroking your partner's hair or rubbing the nape of their neck while you are in mid-sex is extremely powerful. Similarly stroking their face, during kissing or lovemaking, is another way to say, "I see you" without saying the words. 3. Name Calling
I know it may seem a bit cliche, but hearing your lover say your name during sex (or even better, during orgasm) is extremely intimate! 4. Be Generous
It should be sort of common sense that when you are sexually generous to your partner it shows a deep commitment to their pleasure and happiness.
