Once your order is made it is final. If you notice you have made a mistake, you will need to call our office immediately. If you are reading this after hours, please call when our offices open on the next business day. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but we cannot make any guarantees.When your order is shipped, you will be emailed a UPS or USPS tracking number that you can track by clicking here. If you ordered express shipping, and have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of ordering, please phone us for your tracking number. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends. Therefore, if you ordered after 2:00pm EST on Friday, you will not receive a tracking number until Monday at or around 5pm EST.
