I lost my virginity when I was 22, and I hadn't seen a porn movie
until I met my husband (not the one that I lost my virginity to).
His room mate, his room mate's girlfriend, and he would go rent
porno's, and bring them home, so I had to watch them or go hide.
So I ended up watching them. I was upset at first, but my husband
gently let me know it is okay to watch them, and I shouldn't be
ashamed.
I am not sure I learned anything from them, but I do watch them
when I am alone. I don't usually watch them with my husband. I
just wish the men weren't so ugly. I think I could get into it
more if they actually had attractive men in them! I don't usually
find the women that attractive either. But then my husband usually
picks them out.

The first time I watched porn was my Junior year in college.
All we ever heard from our boyfreinds/male freinds was how great
the movie "Behind the Green Door" was. So, one Friday
night, a bunch of got together and rented it. Well, I have to
admit we were all a little red in the face at first, but then
we just couldn't keep our eyes off the screen. We all learned
something from watching. We realized that it was no big deal to
watch and that it boosted our creative abilities. Not bad for
a bunch of 19/20 year olds! Of course we never told the guys we
watched it. We just kept listening to them go on about the movies
they watched and then we would go out and rent them and watch.
The last movie I watched was the "The Legend of Kama Sutra"
in my late twenties. All I can say about the movie is "WOW"
Honestly, I find X-rated theatres and venues disgusting, as most
of the people (men) who attend are creeps. But that's the beauty
of rental stores. You can watch i n the privacy of your home.
You get out of the movie what you want. The best part is taking
what you liked and prectice it on your partner! Hey, let's face
it, it's 2003. We are modern women (well, most of us), so I say
why not watch if you want. And, if you don't want to watch other
people, prop up the old camcorder and make your own!

I recently bought my first 'porn' but I keep it private. It makes
me uncomfortable to watch them in front of or with other people,
although I know men love it. I would love learn to be more comfortable
with watching them with someone. Also, the porns I have seen seem
quite fake and have absolutely no story to them. I'd be more interested
in a better quality film.
