	Review by Ladylove 1/25/11 I was very excited to try this clitoral gel, as I have used other products from Intimate Organics and have completely enjoyed them. However because it said gentle I wasn’t sure what to expect or not to expect. Gentle Stimulating Clitoral Gel has a minty smell and doesn’t taste like anything, but will leave a cool minty feeling on your tongue. The gel is very thin and comes out fast, you will only need a small amount. It feels silky smooth and has the staying power we all hope for. The directions say to apply sparingly, and work into the tissue just underneath the clitoris for full effect. Well, one of us probably should have read the directions first, but we didn’t. After I got over initial shock of how freezing cold it was (wishing we warmed it up a little before hand) there was an immediate cooling sensation. The cool feeling along with the warmth of my lovers touch proved verrrry pleasurable. Like I said we didn’t read the directions so DH initially concentrated on my clitoral area first, eventually massaging it in all over. The cool feeling stayed throughout all of foreplay, enhancing the experience, and lessening foreplay time. The sensation continued through penetration play, adding a nice added zing to my orgasm. At some point after penetration the effects dissipated without my noticing. Love, Love, Loving that I don’t have to wash it off afterwords. 	Defense Clitoral Stimulating Gel
	I’ve been lucky enough to try the Defense Personal Lubricant, so I was very happy to receive the Defense Clitoral Stimulating Gel. Defense is a very innovative company. They’re trying to bring “green” products to the public at a reasonable cost. I'm all for both of those! My interest was especially peaked when I read on the back of the box: “This product does NOT contain menthol!” What? Most clit stimulating creams/gels contain menthol. It’s what gives you the tingle. Well, upon reading the box, I saw that they replaced menthol with peppermint! Warning, this box does say that it’s not recommended for those with STDs or pregnant! Taking the 1 oz. tube out of the box, I unscrewed the cap, removed the tinfoil-type seal easily, and took a whiff of the contents. Yes, I can definitely smell the peppermint, but also smelling a bit of the familiar “musky/natural” smell of their products. This item is certified 100% organic, which is always good for those of us concerned with all the odd, technical chemical-sounding ingredients in stuff we put on/in our bodies. So, I bet you’re wondering if a gel that has peppermint instead of menthol works? Why, yes, yes it does! And works well, I might add! I was pleasantly surprised! Upon squeezing the tube ever so slightly, I got a lot out on my finger. So, this stuff is not overly gel-like, but not fully liquid-like either. A little dab will do ya, cuz even though this stuff is their Gentle formula, I felt the cool sensation almost as soon as I put it on my clit and clit hood. I decided to put it on and walk around the house for a bit before surprising hubby with a fun quickie! Within 2 minutes, I was wet, and very excited. So, this stuff definitely did its job, & did it well!
