I remember when this arrived to us, Jacqui put in the 2N batteries (that are included-wahoo!) and it was so quiet I asked her to turn it on so I could see how strong it is...it was already on! This is unbelievably quiet! I think it's the quietest toy I've ever come across!
The vibration strength is normal and it's 100% waterproof. (rub-a-dub-dub-dub in the tub.) I just imagine this sitting in my purse...doesn't it kind of remind you of a pen? Except the kind of pen I wouldn't want to let anyone borrow.
